<h2>Reliably disperses and finely wet grinds paints, toners, and pigments</h2>
<p>
DYNO<span data-contrast="auto"><sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup></span>-MILL KD from WAB-GROUP<span data-contrast="auto"><sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup></span> was the first horizontal agitator bead mill for dispersion and ultra-fine wet grinding technology. The mill offers grinding chamber volumes ranging from 0.15 to 600 liters and utilizes grinding media ranging from &Atilde;&#732; 0.5 to 2.5 mm. It employs a wide choice of grinding media including hardened and stainless steel, hard chrome-plated stainless steel, polyurethane, and ceramic.</p>
<p>In the horizontal grinding chamber, the DYNO<span data-contrast="auto"><sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup></span> agitator discs are symmetrically arranged on the agitator shaft and transfer kinetic energy to the grinding media. Especially in the passage mode, with optimal process parameters, these disc mills consistently achieve narrow particle size distribution in the micrometer range. It employs a cooling process by forcing the cooling water through the outer jacket, thereby enabling the processing of temperature-sensitive products like pigments and paints.</p>
<p>Also available as the DYNO<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup>-MILL ECO 5 for more simple applications and smaller batch sizes.</p></p>

<h2>Refines wet milling with clean and sterile technology</h2>
<p>
The DYNO<span data-contrast="auto"><sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup></span>-MILL MULTI LAB CIP/SIP from WAB-GROUP<span data-contrast="auto"><sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup></span> is a specially designed agitator wet mill for sterile research and development, pilot, and production operations in the pharma industry. It can process low to high-viscous products with batch sizes starting from 500 ml. What is more, it comes with easily interchangeable grinding chambers from 0.3 l to 1.4 l. It can accommodate both, WAB KD agitator discs as well as the DYNO<span data-contrast="auto"><sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup></span>-ACCELERATOR. The use of agitating small beads in wet milling efficiently grinds suspended particles to the low micrometer or even nanometer range, maintaining a narrow particle size distribution.</p>
<p>Cleaning in Place (CIP) ensures there is no direct contact between the plant operator and active pharmaceutical ingredients. Steam sterilization up to 135&Acirc;&deg;C ensures plant sterility, guaranteeing a germ-free production of tablets, capsules, injectables, and vaccines.</p></p>

DYNO<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup>-MILL MULTI LAB (ML) from WAB-GROUP<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup> is a flexible laboratory agitator bead mill, ideal for research and development and small-scale productions of cosmetics. It can accommodate varying grinding chamber sizes, material selection, and grinding technology. That in both, continuous and discontinuous operation. For the smallest applications, it is designed to use the finest grinding beads down to 0.1mm.</p>
<p>Discontinuous operation employs specially designed 0.15 l and 0.3 l grinding vessels to process low-viscosity suspensions in batch sizes of 85 ml and 170 ml, respectively. Continuous operation is suited to handle highly fluid to viscous, pumpable products. There, grinding containers of 0.15, 0.3, 0.6, and 1.4 l volumes are available to process batch sizes exceeding 500 ml. The use of high-quality ceramic components like SiC, and ZrO<sub>2</sub> assures no metal contamination and thereby, a long service life. The Wet mill 90 AHM from Hosokawa Alpine is a laboratory device for the wet grinding of small to ultra-small product batches down to the nano fineness range. It is suitable for small amounts of product and for development trials &#8211; also in the nanotechnology sector. Extremely small grinding beads (&lt; 0.2 mm) can be employed with this mill, and investigations regarding the stabilization of suspensions in the submicron range can be executed.</p>

<h2>Reproducibility and accuracy for scaling up to production-scale equipment</h2>
<p>
The Laboratory multi-processing systems, from Hosokawa Alpine offer process reproducibility and the possibility of scaling up at a later date to production-scale equipment.</p>

The Laboratory Hammer Mill 20/10 from Hosokawa Alpine is a laboratory device to perform size reduction and disintegration of agglomerates and lumps of pharmaceutical and chemical products with an achievable end-product fineness of &lt; 500 &Acirc;&micro;m with minimum fines.</p>
<p>It is easy to dismantle, this results in easy and effective cleaning of all product-contact components. The inside of the machine can be cleaned with the beater unit removed and a special cover installed to protect the bearings.</p>
