The DYNO^®-MILL MULTI LAB CIP/SIP from WAB-GROUP^® is a specially designed agitator wet mill for sterile research and development, pilot, and production operations in the pharma industry. It can process low to high-viscous products with batch sizes starting from 500 ml. What is more, it comes with easily interchangeable grinding chambers from 0.3 l to 1.4 l. It can accommodate both, WAB KD agitator discs as well as the DYNO^®-ACCELERATOR. The use of agitating small beads in wet milling efficiently grinds suspended particles to the low micrometer or even nanometer range, maintaining a narrow particle size distribution.

Cleaning in Place (CIP) ensures there is no direct contact between the plant operator and active pharmaceutical ingredients. Steam sterilization up to 135°C ensures plant sterility, guaranteeing a germ-free production of tablets, capsules, injectables, and vaccines.

Employs ultra-fine grinding for cell disruption and extraction of ingredients

DYNO^®-MILL MULTI LAB (ML) from WAB-GROUP^® is an adaptable laboratory agitator bead mill, well-suited for small-scale productions and R&D in biotechnology. Suitable in continuous and discontinuous operations, the bead mill specifically designed for smaller applications can utilize ultra-fine grinding beads as small as 0.1mm. It has adjustable grinding chamber sizes, material selection, and adaptable grinding technology. It incorporates two grinding principles in one mill: the DYNO^® agitator disc and the patented DYNO^®-ACCELERATOR.

Discontinuous operation utilizes grinding vessels of 0.15 l and 0.3 l to handle low-viscosity suspensions. The batches range from 85 ml to 170 ml. Continuous operation is suitable for processing highly fluid to viscous, pumpable products.  It employs grinding containers of 0.15, 0.3, 0.6, and 1.4 l to process batch sizes exceeding 500 ml. Easy to use control for lab scale operation

The ez2-Control from Getinge Applikon is an easy to use control and measurement system for bioreactors and fermentors. AppliFlex ST disposable reactors from Getinge Applikon are customizable to individual requirements. Moreover, the company 3D prints its tailor-made single-use bioreactors, meaning it can accurately create a perfect clone at any time after completing the first order.

These bioreactors can be stirred, and the user can choose the type and number of impellers, liquid and gas additions, and sparger gas diffusers to create a bioreactor that suits their purpose. They could even design their own impeller and Getinge Applikon will create it.
